SNA Pro-Rec Y
I was told I would graduate in SeptemberAnyone know the OCS timeline for this board? My recruiter told me anywhere from June 2024 - July 2025 which’s seems like a pretty large timeframe.

There's a possibility that you might get a temporary clearance while they finish the investigation. The investigator that spoke with me about a month ago started out the entire conversation by apologizing for how long it took to get back. It was also a teleconference and not an in-person interview because they were so short-staffed. (I got my SF-86 forms filled and submitted back in October, so there was a four-month lead time.)Random question - do you get interviewed for your clearance prior to OCS? I submitted SF86 in October and haven’t heard anything
Cool, thanks! Just sitting around waiting and wondering about everything. And I mean everything. There's a possibility that you might get a temporary clearance while they finish the investigation. YMMV, but I wouldn't be concerned if I were you.
So ship out around June?I was told I would graduate in September
Yessir that’s what we like to hear. This going to be your board especially with your scores. So, after (almost literally) throwing my medical records at N3M, they finally were happy with what I gave them. The rest of my APSR is now being routed up the chain for final clearances while they make their final decision. Looking in more detail at my (full) medical records, it reads even better than what the doctor initially told me.
For anyone dealing with long wait times through medical, if you're getting close to the deadline, you can have your recruiter bump your referral to URGENT and you will get an answer in 24 hours. However, you may find it difficult to get this escalation unless you're actually at risk of missing a deadline.
Holy crap, I think I actually made it.
Me too, especially since my scores are a little towards the bottom unfortunatelyWe got about a month til the board. The nerves are kicking in!
I think you’re fine. While not perfect, you’re still competitive. You gotta remember that most of the people here and on the spreadsheet have higher scores than average- or at least that what it seems like.Me too, especially since my scores are a little towards the bottom unfortunately
We're also generally better-informed than those who submit on their own. We have each other as sounding boards, as well, so hopefully our packets are more appealing.I think you’re fine. Thats what i was thinking. The google sheets doesnt have a ton of input from users right now. Im curious to see what the entire board isI think you’re fine. That’s what I’ve been curious about. Obviously immediate select is gonna have some impact. Though my recruiter told me I have nothing to worry about- this is differentThats what i was thinking.
