Sucks to hear, the same thing happened to me during the last board. You'll get through it even though it sucks. Godspeed and hope to see you againJust discovered i had a medical holdup, and i wont be able to make the march 11 board. Very disappointed. Im going to remove my scores from the Excel sheet and try for the June board
Unless I had a one-off experience (but I don't think so) You are slowly sending all required documents and forms to your recruiter and they are the one who will compile it into an official package and send it on your behalf. Also unsure who Paul is, but if that is the name of your recruiter I'm unsure how the deadline is in 6 days and he didn't notice you forgot something such as a birth certificate which I feel is pretty obvious for them to notice.I have a quick question regarding my package I initially submitted to Paul on the 26th. Upon review, I realized that it inadvertently omitted several important documents, including the birth certificate, among others.
To rectify this oversight, I have forwarded the missing documents today as separate PDFs. However, I am concerned whether I should have amalgamated these with the original application into a single PDF before resending the entire package.
Could anyone please advise if the additional documents sent separately suffice, or if am required to consolidate all materials into one file for easier processing?
If I were you, and knew I couldn't make this board, I would be studying to retake. Your PFAR 8 is great but everything else is not competitive at all. Again, that's just would I would do. I'm just a random person on the internet and haven't been selected (or not) yet. You have more than enough time to prep.I posted my scores the other day at 40 5/8/6 3.0 for Bachelors and Masters, i couldn't make the april board so im going for June. Should i retake since i have the 4 months or should i still submit with those scores?
Yeah that's pretty much what i was thinking, I know that math was the cause for the low OAR and AQR so i should be able to study and fix it.If I were you, and knew I couldn't make this board, I would be studying to retake. Grab an ASTB book or two off Amazon and practice until you understand all the concepts. It's not too bad.
I'm already active duty so my process is a little different than the civilians on here who are applying. Paul is essentially the individual who screens all active duty applicants packages before they are sent to board.Unless I had a one-off experience (but I don't think so) You are slowly sending all required documents and forms to your recruiter and they are the one who will compile it into an official package and send it on your behalf. Paul initially screens every OCS application and approves it before he sends it to the board. Therefore he will notify you if there is any additional information needed or missing in order to proceed with the process.I have a quick question regarding my package I initially submitted to Paul on the 26th. Paul is who receives and will make sure all the info is there and then he sends to the program manager who verifies the application meets requirements to go to board and then it goes back to the processors to send to the board all together.Paul initially screens every OCS application and approves it before he sends it to the board. If he hasn’t already confirmed that he received your last email of the missing documents or your actual OCS application, then chances are he hasn’t gotten to that email nor reviewed your application yet. I recommend calling him (901) 874-7670 today.
Don’t leave a voicemail, he never returns a call. Just keep calling until he picks up. Hopefully you can still make the board.
As a civilian, should I disregard this info? Recruiter said my application has been submitted. I am unsure if I should’ve been given some other confirmation that everything has been received for this boardPaul is who receives and will make sure all the info is there and then he sends to the program manager who verifies the application meets requirements to go to board and then it goes back to the processors to send to the board all together.

Interesting, I thought it was only Paul as the main guy before the board. I appreciate the insight!Paul is who receives and will make sure all the info is there and then he sends to the program manager who verifies the application meets requirements to go to board and then it goes back to the processors to send to the board all together.
