IIRC, Good Low is now the passing standard at OCS, so you need to hit that regardless. If you have down time throughout the day, just bang out a few pushups or hold a plank (both with perfect form, of course) and you’ll get stronger over time. The best time to start getting in shape was yesterday; the second best time is now.How is everyone doing on getting their PRT scores up? I was told that Low Good is a safe place to be going into OCS and that getting the push ups / planks once in OCS is going to happen organically (by getting the dog piss smoked out of us for weeks straight).
Did it finally come out?Where can I find the “at board list” ?
Personally, I've just been going to the gym before work and running after. I like to think getting up really early and doing physical activities will help me get ready, not just physically but mentally, for OCS. I've been thinking about finding a nearby track to practice keeping my pace, because its really "casual" on the cardio side right now. But that's still alright, building up endurance and allHow is everyone doing on getting their PRT scores up? One might assume the Growler would just utilize its EW capabilities to detect and jam the F-14's radar signals, disrupting its ability to maintain a lock, and then deploy HARMs to target and neutralize the source of the radar emissions, effectively disabling the threat posed by the F-14's radar, and creating an opening for the strike aircraft team.A fun question to speculate on while we wait. Say a Growler got locked up by an Iranian F-14's radar. One might assume the Growler is screwed because it carries nothing for self-defense and can't outrun the F-14. However, could the Growler, potentially defend it's self by locking on to the F-14's radar and shooting a HARM at it?

Edit: Your performance will probably drop during the IST bc it’s conducted at 0515 on little sleep and without a warmup. Before heading to OCS, you should be hitting Good High easily, potentially into Excellent.
Don’t expect OCS to get you in shape, it’s expected that you show up already in good shape and you will definitely have a tougher time if you don’t. You definitely will get in shape at OCS but YMMV
I think the Army incorporated weightlifting into its physical test a couple of years agoWhy doesn’t the Navy ask how much I can bench :/
