Oct 2010 board

I've been trying to learn Spanish. A year of it. In a few weeks. :)

So I've been staying busy. But my google chrome knows I love this site. I'll type in 'a' in the address bar and then 'enter' and it takes me right here. I don't know why, it's not like someone's gonna type "everyone got SNA Blue Angel slots!" or something. Would be badass though

I'm a Xbox guy, any other gamers on here?

My Chrome does the same thing! Some of us may need therapy for withdrawls from this site when/if we get accepted!

I have a quick question, kind of unrelated to the board but I notice you're in the Georgia area and I assume you went through the Atlanta office for a recruiter. Has it been relatively easy for you to correspond with them in getting the process started? I ask because I live in the Georgia area, currently deployed to Iraq and I cannot seem to get an email response from there. Obviously going to the office isn't an option at the time and moment.

I dealt with the Atlanta office for a while before I found out that my online submission had been given to the wrong office. While dealing with them I did have a bit of trouble getting in touch by way of phone.

I don't know who you are emailing, but my recruiter is decent at getting back to me via email, but most the time he wants me to call. I got ahold of them initially by calling in, so that's probably your best bet (if you can even call)

Anyone hear back from their recruiter??

are the results out yet?

well I just called my OR and he hasn't heard anything back yet...this wait is killing me! I was being patient for the first week and a half but now I'm getting anxious.

All right, everyone remain calm, but someone over at usnavyocs.com said he was pro-rec'd SNA for the October boards. This was last night. Hope you all aren't antsy like I am right now! Our futures are about to be determined gentlemen (and ladies!) Good luck to all, and let's hope this isn't some fluke!

Can you give the link in which you seen the post as I tried looking over there but was unable to find it. Thanks.

I talked to my recruiter yesterday afternoon, he's putting his money on the next 2 days. But who knows, if i've learned anything the past year of doing this its to hope for the best but expect the worst.

Stalin,

I just seen the post on usnavyocs.com but haven't heard anything from anyone else confirming this so I don't know how true it is when you consider the current time.
