Supply Board 01 JUN 2021

Once you get the answer to that question, I’m curious as to whether it means DNR for that designator or OCS in general.
Only for that designator because you no longer meet the requirements, mainly OAR or ASTB. The board can see if you’ve applied before and if there’s no significant change to your package and your scores are staying the same, they could give you a DNR.

When I was sitting an interview with a SUPPO, I asked that same question. He said it would probably help with the board but if you already have an MBA, you more than likely wouldn’t need to apply for the MBA program and that would give you a better chance at applying for a DH tour or speciality training to be a COR, fuel specialty, etc.
Having your MBA should help your chances with the selection board though. My masters is in Exercise Science and I’m hoping that helps me.

I heard the same thing years ago with Supply, a Supply reserve CDR that sat the board as an active LT said a MBA for him made the applicant stand out.

CEC can view it as a positive as well.

Either Mr. Celestin is getting “blown up “ with phone calls or they got off early and are getting an early start to the long weekend.. Haha. Does anyone know if they’re working tomorrow and Friday?

Hard to say how they are breaking up their 96. If I had to guess, they will be off tomorrow and Monday. Also depends if he is a GS or contractor.

Has anyone ever heard of an individual getting a ship date before the board conclusion from their recruiter but then not being selected once the board convenes and publishes a list?

Only thing I saw was with last week’s board results, 1 person got an unofficial pro-rec Y but pro-rec N when the list came out. I highly doubt they had a ship date though so I wouldn’t worry

I saw that too… which still has me slightly worried. I got a ship date so hopefully that means I’m in officially. Really eager to get that list. Lowkey might frame it ?
