Wish there was a power point like the one STA-21 provide, showing how many people applied and how many people were selected and the average scores, etc...

He is the OCS application processor. Responsible for application submission and release results......

He is one of many processors at NRC, and he is not responsible for application submissions, that is the Program Manager, he is also not responsible for releasing results, that is the Director of OCS programs.

While the NRC processors do vital work, they are basically data entry clerks.

So I went digging! Each SWO Board have different selection rates, but here are the past 6. I've been looking at August 2019 selection rate, but I couldn't find it, only the amount of applicants.


SWO Board February 2019, ProRec Y 159 out of 173 applicants =91.9%
SWO Board April 2019, ProRec Y 201 out of 208 applicants =96.6%
SWO Board June 2019, ProRec Y 146 out of 163 applicants = 89.5%
SWO Board August 2019, ProRec Y UNKOWN out of 228 applicants = ?
SWO Board November 2019, ProRec Y 215 out of 302 applicants = 71.1%
SWO Board February 2020, ProRec Y 99 out of 309 applicants=32%

wow, I imagined it all to be around 30% just like in FEB19. I hope it goes back to 90%+

Well there were 500+ people on the at board list so 90% probably isn't feasible on this one.
