An update from Swatch, NJ... They sent me the service form and then sent me a second email confirming there was no charge for Military Purchase watches. The catch...they want proof of purchase with the form. Now I need to find where ever the hell my original watch case is with my serial numbers.

That's a new one for me, mine needs service so thanks for the heads up. What kind of proof does the serial number provide?

The form states "please include a copy of receipt or warranty card." I believe your serial is on the warranty card, so I was just referring to trying to find where those cards are.

I have them...I just don't know where.
