How can I add my name and my stats?Everyone,
I have started a SWO Excel for this SWO Board. I am slowly, but surely adding people. Please, even if you have not posted here, add your info and update what I have been adding, as there is some information you have not shared that helps.
A few notes before you add to it:
I wasn't sure how to change "SNA" to "SWO" and make the calculations/formatting still work. Please select "SNA" for SWO. There is no need to select anything else.I FIXED THIS.
- You do not need to add your AQR, PFAR, FOFAR scores. These do not matter at the SWO board.
- If you *want* to try to fix the formatting - please make a copy, try it there, and then tell me how to fix it. Please do not attempt to "fix" it and break this one.
- I've noticed most will need to update: Age, Prior Service, Waivers, and Previous Submissions. Please also make sure you select your sex and if you're on the "at board" list.
Lastly, I will be trying to retroactively add the last at least two boards for record keeping/reference. With the long weekend, I plan to get it done by Monday.

I’m applying to the November SWO and SUPPO boards.
3.57 gpa BA health care admin
3.80 gpa MBA I still have a few months left before completion.
OAR 45
3 letters of recommendation from an O-6, O-5, and O-3.
6 years enlisted in the Air Force.
Not a very high OAR but I’m keeping my fingers crossed

SWO you should be fine, Supply could be an issue since you will have a waiver.Hi everyone!

Does supply typically not select applicants with waivers?SWO you should be fine, Supply could be an issue since you will have a waiver.

Those with waivers are selected in limited numbers, you could be better than most everyone selected, but if they have met their waiver number you will get rejected.Does supply typically not select applicants with waivers?

I was hoping I could make it to this board, but I think I might not. I submitted my package about a week and a half before the due date for fleet applicants. Mr. Celestine from NRC said he’s been swamped with applications. Fingers crossed but I might be pushed to the next board. @exNavyOffRec have you heard of that happening for fleet applicants?

My command got an extension for me this board. If your COC talks with the community manager and give them the heads up it should be fine.

Would I need an extension if I'm waiting on NEC? I had everything turned in before the due date. Mr. Celestine said that he has over 400 emails to sort through before he gets to mine.. realistically, he wouldn’t get to it by day of the board. I ask because I’ve heard of people making board even if they submitted late.

Fleet applicants are a bit different and Paul normally does everything he can to take care of you all.I was hoping I could make it to this board, but I think I might not.
