Until around 0:37, then it gets much better.
I still have no idea how they flew that one away...
They'd sure as hell get my vote for it.
How do three guys get an air medal when there are only two pilots in the cockpit??
I thought that myself, and guessed the LSO.
Edit: Looks like LCDR Smith and LT Halliwell were both in the cockpit. Unclear where LCDR Browning was.

Air Medals are only for actions while participating in aerial flight, can't get it for sitting on deck.

That's what I assumed. It'd be unusual - the times I've seen E-2 guys awarded "shit hot flying" Air Medals it was just the CAPC.
