Am I the only one who checks BOL daily even though I know that there's nothing for me to view?

I have been checking like a madman as well. I'm waiting for the next SWO board, and chief results. The chief board likely just adjourned, and the SWO board is still a mystery as to when it will be. I'm hoping and praying for early August.

after reviewing my package my CO didn't mention how soon I could transfer in his statement either. In our conversations leading up to my submission he said that he would allow me to go as soon as they would take me up to the"bigs." Is this something I should worry about?

I would assume that "up to the bigs" means letting you detach in time to make your OCS report date should you be selected. Sounds like Skipper's in your corner; however, ASK your CO to be sure!

P.S. Don't mention it to "Skip", but Gold Wings are the bigs, not OCS!

There is a reason we would call them "kits" at the NRD, saying "have you seen John's kit" sounds much better and prevents laughing and finger-pointing as opposed to saying "have you seen John's package"

He's an NFO and has stated in several conversations that he will allow me to detach and attend OCS as soon as I am selected and a date is available.

Quick update on my status:

There was some kind of hold up that was out of my control with getting my MEPS/Officer Interview date between my recruiter and scheduling it. I've missed this July board and now have to wait it out until hopefully the next rolling one. I get to go to MEPS/Officer Interview next Wednesday and Thursday, then my kit will be completed.

Just keeping my head down and being patient for now. Best of luck to those that made this board!

I think it can be done as an addition to your kit if it can be arranged. I am doing mine next Wednesday at NAS Jax with a Captain at VP-30.

I'm right there with you. Except I'm studying for my ASTB and prepping to give it another shot. And hoping my stuff goes ORDPRO again before the next board....
