Navy Pilot/ NFO "Rolling" Boards MAR/APR 2013

My post is most definitely NOT bad gouge.

I was selected for my first two choices Pilot and NFO. My third choice of SWO was not considered during these rolling boards until July 2013.
Three days later later I received a Final Select Letter for Pilot with an OCS date. And the SWO packet was withdrawn because I was "given" my first choice.

Hate to disagree with you mtaylor but these guys are right. You do get to choose which designator you want. I asked my OR about that very thing this past week, and he said you get to choose which one you want, because both will be listed on your FS letter.

Thanks man. Ya I am waiting for news on my package being pro boarded and then hopefully there will be a rolling board.

Ya someone on here did I think GI. I had a 3.05 calculated cum GPA except I never had below a 3.1 at all universities attend lol.
