No idea if this is a good deal or not, but if you just have to have a new A4 tailhook, this might be for you. At the cheap, for you, today only price of $599.00.
My guess is if it is something that you wanted to have, you would have figured out an alternative method of bringing it home.

I received the tailhook from my last A4 trap as a VT-7 instructor as a going away gift from the contract maintenance folks. I don't think I'd sell it for any amount. Well...I may have a price. It is a great item to have leaning against the wet bar.

Hey A4s, did you know Darryl Kerr? He was a Knightrider CO and then CO of the RAG (128) when I was a nugget. His RAG going away gift was an entire hook structure from the A6 which a couple guys mounted on his rec room wall as a surprise for him when we all retired from his family room to the rec room. The loud tearing and crash we heard was followed by a realization that the A6 tailhook assembly can pull down a plywood wall!
