I noticed there was a check next to every AD applicant.Lol I wish. I’m already under the cloud of confusion as to what led my package to be a non select, and now there’s a mysterious check next to my name.
If you are MM2, then the OCS date would coincide with your PRD from your current command. This most likely means your CO gave the release date of when you would normally PCS.@Shheen So I’m AD and my class date is 09-23 but I haven’t gotten any orders yet. Is it possible that this is just a hold date like what you previously wrote about?
My interviews were with NFO’s who were all Captains. They said it’s a little easier to make rank since NFO’s have a little more time to take on additional roles like department head etc. that’s good of your goal is to lead Sailors in some way shape or form. I’d say take it and run with it. You never what life has in store my man.Im still kinda taking it in, I probably will. I might try NFO to pilot in the future if timing permits but idk honestly I certainly don’t want to decline a commission if there’s a possibility of me getting barred from getting one again.
Same, it's literally the first thing I do when I sit down at my desk now and I'm refreshing without even thinking. Its kinda wild, I have no reason to check this site 24/7 but I just habitually do it now
I honestly don't think that plays much of a deciding factor, I'm sure it doesn't hurt to have them. But I only had a measly 8 hours of flight experience in my package lolWhat's yall's thoughts on flight experience to help out the application? It looks like 70% of the SNA's that were selected had flight experience.
The last couple boards have posted that it is an item for consideration, not the primary but is looked atWhat's yall's thoughts on flight experience to help out the application? It looks like 70% of the SNA's that were selected had flight experience.
