I believe we are in the start of FY23 and according to this spreadsheet 17 NFOs were ProRec-Y so far and 172 pilots were ProRec Y. Which seems odd because there’s already a huge backlog of pilots…
It means there are basically 0 FY23 quotas for pilot, which means they’re either selecting for FY24 or not selecting many at all.
If it calms anyones worries about the FY23 quota, my recruiter had mentioned if selected there wouldn’t be ship out dates until 2024 anyway. Think that’s non-news worthy info - believe it’s already been discussed in a few places here that no one on this board would be for FY23
