Got selected for intel, looks like my OCS date is November 3.
GPA: 3.64 BA in Environmental studies/Biology
OAR: 57
LORs: O6 active, college football coach, college professor

Is CW undermanned or something? Seems like they had a very high acceptance rate this time around when that's normally not the case.
 
For the individuals that were chosen for 2 or 3 different designators, what happens to the other 1 or 2 designators/slots when they choose a primary designator? Do the other 1 or 2 slots essentially go to individuals on the alternate list for the declined designators?

Y'all that are in this position with multiple designator acceptances should definitely choose IP, Intel, or CW. 😁

Since people are getting picked up for several IWC designators it is giving a bit of a false high selection rate since obviously 1 person can't accept 2 spots. Aviation used to pick people for both SNA and SNFO so they would over select as well.

It is interesting that IWC is doing this, great benefit for the applicants.

Do you have any insight on why this may be happening? I was surprised to see so many back to back IWC boards, when they are normally once a quarter.
